Each person has 3 of the 7 Talents. This chart shows the lessons we're growing through to embody them. We grow from the outside of the wheel to the center, and we temporarily move back towards the outside when scared or stressed. In Lessons 1, we are so attached to our goal that we sabotage and create havoc. In Lesson 2, we share our contribution in a pushy way and manifest some positive results. In Lessons 3, we share enthusiastically and make a good impact. In Lesson 4, we share in the most spacious way, feel the most fulfillment and make the greatest contributions.
When interacting with someone, it is helpful to know their Talents as well as where they are in their Lessons.
